Assassin’s Creed Odyssey reaffirmed by Ubisoft has been a major surprise to the assassin creed fans after the major success of Assassin’s Creed Origins. It would be set in ancient Greece after a keychain in the shape of a Corinthian helmet was found and there might be a connection to Assassin’s Creed Origins which was set in Ancient Egypt. There was a clip of a warrior kicking a soldier off a cliff on their twitter page that was released a few hours ago.
The confirmation of the game was quickly announced on social media, which also included a video showing the Corinthian helmet at the center of the Assassin symbol and is captioned “see you at E3”.

After the first release of the game in 2007, Assassins Creed game has evolved with a different concept of ancient history, starting from the Crusades, Renaissance Italy, Spanish revolution, American revolution, Victorian London and a host of others.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey was rumored to bet around the same time as Origins, and there are also rumors of a direct continuation of Origins which might be possible considering the fact that the Origins was set in the Ptolemaic era when Egypt where under the Greek rule, whereby the Greek appeared as an antagonist in the game.
Hopefully, there is no release date for Assassin’s creed Odyssey yet since the previous game took an extra year for development, so they will definitely give it all the time it deserves. Ubisoft press conference will take place on Monday, June 11, and probably that is where we can know more about Odyssey.
